Nice. A page topper and I didn't even try.

Time for me to give an update. My last measurements on the 29th of January were:

Weight - 169
Waist - 35
Neck - 16.5
Bicep - 12
Chest - 40
Thighs - 21

Which were down from my Jan 1st Measurements of:

Weight - 176.5
Waist - 37
Neck - 17.5
Bicep - 12.25
Chest - 42.25
Thighs - 21

My measurements today were as follows:

Weight - 168.8
Waist - 34
Neck - 16
Bicep - 12.25
Chest - 42
Thighs - 22

We've been running a lot more frequently and doing a lot more lower body/compound lifts - squats, cleans, dead lifts, etc. I've found that adding push ups several time during the week has increased my pull up ability. I've hit 19 to 20 consistently on my pull up max for the past three weeks since I've been doing the push ups.

Yesterday I did 3 sets of strict push ups for a total of 110. The first set was 45, then 35, then 30. I did a max set of pullups about two hours after the push ups and got 19 pretty easily. I don't know why I didn't try for 20 but I didn't.

I've noticed the 'v-shape' is starting to come in because of the push ups too. Skwinkle has also been commenting a lot lately about how good my back is starting to look. So I guess my back muscles are starting to poke out more. I will take some more 'baby shorts' pictures in the near future for a comparison of the first pictures I've posted ITT.

I'm like a shorter (and slightly whiter), Jason Kidd.

Or maybe the rock climbing dude...but it's hard to tell because he's flexing.

I would like to make a shout out to soccer and also ask "wtf is up with her toes?" She did that for shock value. Had to be the case. HAD TO!

Maybe my math is wrong, but:

156.3 and 16.6%. 25.9458 lbs of fat (156.3 * .166) - let's just say 26 lbs of fat, roughly 130.3 lbs of lean mass. Assuming you hold onto 100% of lean mass during your cut (unlikely given your methods), 10% would be 130.3 = .9/x, so 144.77. Or, the easy way: 156.3 - (156.3 * .066) = 146 lbs. I don't know, my math is screwed up somewhere but I'm in the ballpark.

Not hating here, but most people have to lose a lot more than they think to get "shredded", and by the time you get to that point you're just plain skinny.

I felt the fat melting off after my adrenaline kicked in after I totaled my car last night. My back feels like I just blasted it in the gym for hours. I'll be seeing face type results for sure tomorrow!

Might have set an unofficial record for fun tonite. Collectively I think we spent like $300 paying this fat black stripper to go around slapping people in the face. Not a great night for my diet I accidentally ate a bag of snyder pretzels at 3 am from sheetz.

Going to go as hard as I possibly can for the next few day a before calling this diet off. Planning on walking 20-30 miles this weekend to finish it off. Moving to the beach sunday for an indefinite time period. Bye raleigh for now. Glad I got my beach body. Muscle beach time next. RIP GIRLFRIEND

Man, I do love this website. It dispels a lot of myths. One that I think is so common is the eating 6 -7 meals a day to increase your metabolic rate. Who has time to eat this much? Even if I did, it would be mentally exhausting. I eat at the most 4 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, high protein late afternoon snack, and dinner. I just make sure I’m getting everything I need in my main meals, and enough calories obviously.

Fuck those bitches who carry a six-pack.

^ That's a bad-ass cooler.

I only eat twice a day most of the week. I'd like to sneak my protein shake in...but I normally get my workout in pretty close to dinner...and that shake fills me up. I'm starting to move the protein shake to the morning after I work-out (hopefully I can get to where I'm working out a lot during the week and I can just have a protein shake for breakfast every day).

That's a silly thing to say. It obviously depends on the powder you're using, but whey protein is one of the highest quality proteins out there. I don't really enjoy protein shakes, but they aren't low quality, certainly not the lowest.

I'm not using it as a meal replacement. I'm using it to get protein with the least amount of calories and carbs as possible. I'm not going to eat cooked chicken or steak early in the morning or directly after I workout.

I ponied up for some optimum whey isolate and it's fucking delicious and mixes like a dream. Lately I've been doing 30 grams of whey protein + 2 cups of coffee or 4 shots of espresso as my "breakfast". That usually tides me over til lunch.

^ How do you mix that? I'm assuming it's hot coffee?? So you put all of that in a big thermos?? Or do you chill it, add ice, and blend?

That sounds like a perfect combo for me. Also...what flavor protein? Vanilla?

I mix the protein with about 8oz of water, then add the coffee while its warm.

The isolate I got is vanilla milkshake. I've also tried it with 100% whey concentrate/isolate blend chocolate flavor from cytosport that is pretty good.

It's important to mix the protein with water first, and not with the warm coffee. For some reason just adding the protein to the coffee it doesn't mix well and stays chunky and gross.

you shouldnt mix ephedrine with yohimbine. Ephedrine is a beta blocker and yohimbine is for adrenoreceptors. Mixing the two can really fuck with your heart and is potentially deadly
