^^ In 2012 Glennon was tied for first in INTs, but yeah...the writer was wrong about that. Also his 31 TDs were good for 12th in the nation. And throwing the second most passes in the nation (564) has something to do with the high INT numbers.

^ Upon a second reading, that's definitely what he's saying. He mentions what Wilson did in his next two seasons (Rose Bowl, NFL Playoffs) so he's definitely referring to Glennon's two seasons as starter.
