Advocating any kind of vandalism is wrong. I think it’s ridiculous to call it domestic terrorism, but it still isn’t the right thing to do. Protest by not buying them. Destroying them just hurts everybody in the long run. Oh and I’m sure a burning lithium battery is great for the environment.

Hate the man, not his companies. If you feel like EV’s are one way to protect the environment, why turn on the largest US manufacturer of them based on the owner’s politics? I still don’t like Tesla’s.

The flipside is also funny to me - Sean Hannity, who has railed against EV’s and Teslas for years, is holding a contest to give one away. It’s funny and sickening to see how the right is now giving Musk a reach around, whereas years before, he was the big liberal boogeyman.

I have a few points to share on the 'retard' topic:
1. I don't think I've ever seen someone specially abled get called a retard, I feel like most kids nowadays are better than that. There definitely are some bad apples though. The same with gay, I don't think it's much of an insult for actual gays - no one uses it unironically. Of course, those who do should be checked.
2. There are a lot of people (thankfully not in-person in my experience) however, who use the word 'retard' JUST BECAUSE they want to be contrarians and say "it's not bad if you're not using it for an actual retard". Those people ARE retarded, and they deserve to get punched in the face!
