dont be so fucking stupid, especially if you have been drinking while making the said judgement if someone else is drunk, your own judgement is compromised at that point.

Even if you are sober and trying to access if someone is drunk you are fooling yourself, I promise you have been in a car with someone who seemed to be not drunk but they were in fact over the legal limit, if you have gotten into the car with someone that had been drinking at one point or another before

The last time I was in the passenger seat with a person I didn't know very well was when unfortunately he turned out a little drunk. Got into a small wreck on I-40, but I told him he deserved it, and promised that I'll tell the cop the truth if asked.

It's another story that the fat white bitch with a drugged out black dude was trying TOO hard to milk him even though the cop expressly said that the damage was too minor for him to even waste time on.

The new higher alcohol beers in NC have pretty much removed by ability to judge a friend's intoxication. Back in the day, a friend that had 3 beers usually meant miller lite or at worse ice house. now, a friend that's had 3 beers could have had miller lite or three chimays. Im fine with driving after three miller lites. i doubt anyone could drive after three chimays.

But even then, your friend should be responsible enough to know if they are to drunk to drive.

I have never been to drunk to know that I shouldn't drive home. Even then if someone is so drunk that they think they could drive home, I'm sure someone else can tell that they are too drunk.

Normally those are the one that are falling out the door and can't find their keys, while they are yelling angrily at their friends that they can drive.
