I mean, shoot, give them their forum. When they click the "EUPHALO!" forum link, or pick it from the dropdown menu from any other forum section, it'll just redirect them to http://www.euphalo.com. It's what many have always wanted. Then you can implement really harsh restrictions on posting euphalo junk in other sections and, effectively, you'll have complied with their request.

I mean, what you're asking for isn't any different from how it is now. Just go post your stuff on http://www.euphalo.com and bump one thread in chit chat with a link to the forum that says "come here for random shit and a bunch of pictures we found on the internet that get posted in rapid succession". It'll be as effective as any other solution, yet you can do this right now w/o action by the mods/owner!
