Well, I went through with the interview today and the lady really seemed to like me. And she asked if I had any questions, and one of the two that I asked was "Do you think I am a competitive candidate for this position?" and she told me that she thought I had a very good chance of being hired (considering they have 2 positions open, and there are 4-5 candidates total, not to mention how well the interview went). So that was really good, and then I had to take some basic personality tests and a basic logic skills test, the latter I finished before the time limit was up. After all this, she came back out with the president of the company that I sat and talked with for a good 20 minutes, and then I filled out forms for a criminal background check and an application for employment.

So overall I feel fairly confident that I'm getting the job. We also talked about what the summer hours would be like and the companies profits for the best couple of years, and where they plan to go in the future. They also mentioned that they like to promote from within, so if I get this job then I'll be pretty secure for a while.

All I can do is hope I guess.

Speaking of cats, I have to go make up with Grits. He somehow snuck outside before the storm hit, and it was raining a good 5 minutes before I realized he wasn't inside. I opened the door and hollered for him, and he came darting inside. I don't think he is smart enough to get out of the rain. He was SOKAED, so I have to go love on him, because he is my *yahv*!
