Thxu. I've also been concentrating on building muscle mass, not just losing fat. You know, trying to do shit the right way
And those warmer days? Just about over. The squirrels are getting more desperate and bold when it comes to getting food for their winter supply, the hummingbirds have already gone, and it was 31F an hour after dawn one day last week.

But oh, I know. I am TOTALLY appreciating Colorado.
