^^ Usually bad, it ends up creating more acid in your stomach in order for your stomach to process it.

I woke up at 3am with this bullshit and couldn't go back to sleep and it took two hours for the meds to properly work. No real reason in going back to sleep for now.

^^^ It also depends whether or not you're lactose intolerant or have any wide variety of other stupid reactions to food. It should help you immediately with the acid. For me, it kinda helps, but by itself makes it worse. If it works for you, it works.
