Yes just one each nite sorry I was checking out my groceries confusing post.

In my old age ive learned to alternate who you sleep with at the very least or you risk developing feelings.

Ideally if you want to be single youd have three consistent girls:

Your a-lister that you cant date because shes in a relationship or she just doesn't date or wont date you.

B-lister that would date you but you dont wanna limit yourself. You invite her occasionally to things to hold her attention without committing.

C-lister who serves as an emergency pussy taxi. You never invite her anywhere but shes available for emergency 2 AM pussy and/or taxi.

None of them take up so much attention that you cant focus on picking up randoms without coming on so strongly because its been two weeks since you got laid so youve got semen coming out your pores. Girls can smell that shit.

RIP GIRLFRIEND

Carb Eating Punishment... 20 Minutes of:
1. 10 Burpees
2. 25 Yard Prowler Push
3. 10 Kettlebell Swings
4. 25 Yard Prowler Push

I got 6 rounds... Was hitting it at about ~80% effort. Probably could have done 2 more if I hustled, but didn't want to puke up all the carby goodness of chocolate milk + vanilla whey I drank at lunch.

^^ pretty good, about a round every 3min. any weight on the prowler? how heavy was your KB?

^ and how the fuck would that happen, MAYBE if you were doing KB snatches??

45lbs on the prowler, but it's an over sized one (is double sided so you don't have to spin it around) that weighs 90lbs on its own. I did put furniture sliders on the bottom because with out it the turf in my gym gives it hella friction.

40lbs kettlebell.

If someone banged their knee doing KB swings then they didn't know wtf they were doing. That could be a pretty traumatic injury!

If you guys truly believe 1, 500 calories over two weeks is going to permanently damage your metabolism you are more delusional than I thought. Thats the kind of shit fat people say to excuse themselves for eating like shit on their diet.

Sure 200 calories for 6 straight weeks could damage it but on a reasonable diet its just not happening unless you diet for months down to ultra low bodyfat levels Without taking any breaks.

The thyroid is very resilient and doesn't play a big role in metabolism for healthy humans.

Sure, your adaptive component will kick in and slow your metabolism maybe 5-10% in the short term but it will cease very shortly after you raise calories.

The first few days of a diet your SNS will actually increase on a diet like mine. All the more reason to keep it short and sweet.

Not a good night for my diet bloggers. Drank ten beers on mug night then played a drinking game for a couple hours then made it to $1 vodka bombs. In between had a few shots.

Scale dont lie. Oh yeah I ate a few banana peppers and a chicken wrap with no sauce. Next time ill order pralines and dick.

I know I can I know I can be what I wanna be. If I work hard in school ill be what I wanna be. I know I can I know I can

Down another 1.5lbs this week... straight cruising! Hit 163lbs this morning.

I really am seeing good results with this 4 on, 4 relaxed dieting schedule...

Sunday - Wednesday I diet hard, eating very low carb, except a carb spike with protein before bed.

Thursday - Saturday I bring carbs back in, lower fat a bit, and keep calories at or slightly below maintenance.

It ramps up, so Fri/Sat is more of a 'cheat' day, and wednesday is a very low calorie low carb day.

This will be my climax on Saturday:

There have been some anecdotal reports of the carbs helping sleep and mood.. It also makes a little sense if you view your sleep time as your growth/recovery period, since glycogen status affects protein synthesis. Carbs have been found to help release seratonin, and that is supposed to make you sleep better.

I am not claiming this is 100% fact, but from my experience and a few others, that have a good dose of carbs before bed can help you from a mood, recovery, and growth standpoint. It's a good idea to decrease fat intake if you plan on upping carbs.

Its really expensive and not that high grade of protein

For the money, quality, taste combo you really cant beat a 10 lb bag of optimum nutrition gold standard.

Like $70-$90 depending on what kind of offers you can find for 150 servings and its great quality. I prefer the double chocolate

165.1 (-3.7 lbs), 19.8% (-1.0%) day 3.

Was expecting that since I didnt eat/drink a deficit Wednesday.

Was pretty good yesterday. 0 drinks. Did have some cereal before bed to test matts carb theory and because I wanted a few for recovery since I felt flat lifting yesterday.

Tried straps on the deadlift and really liked them. Whats your opinion matt? Have heard you shouldn't use them because your grip strength will lag, but i think it helped me focus on engaging the right muscle groups more

Recently read that using straps was a great way to increase grip strength, since when your back wears out it sends a "release" signal, preemptively stopping the lift and lessening your workout. Guy lifted with straps and, by fighting the release signal, got more effective workouts and later was able to DL bigger weights without straps.

Some bullshit like that. I can try to dig it up

Interesting. I definitely felt in better control. Especially with lat pulldowns.

I tried to use them on the pull up bar but the bar is so high it was too much hassle.

I think ill keep using them for a bit and then go without and see what happens

i would use straps for pulldowns or pullups. but in most cases if i couldn't finish a rep i could just stand up and calmly remove them

Nah, unfortunately I did not.

But when I started I could do 10 pull ups and 22 pushups. Now I can do 27 pullups and usually around 60 push ups before i run out of gas.

Noticeable improvement, nice! (though shaving may create an illusion of fitness ). Well on your way to those Gears of War shoulder muscles - you can see 'em creepin' their way in.

Good illustration of how p90x doesn't really work. Switch to strength training and dieting before you waste more time and effort.

First of all you cant do 27 pull ups in one set obviously. Youre either kipping like a crossfit loser or talking about multiple sets.

God I hate drinking on low carb diets. I spent $150 on bar tabs, $50 on cabs, and $300 on lap dances and fingering a stripper at like 4 AM. You just get so fucked up when you drink 20 drinks when youre glycogen depleted.

That guy is clearly a troll. And yes, I can do 27 pull ups in one set. I'm nt gonna lie, the last 5 or so are a struggle, but I can do it.

I lost about 10 lbs doing p90x lean, which to me was worth it. I feel healthier, and I am doing classic now.

To get more benefits you need to completely overhaul your "pull up" form.

First of all stop swinging your legs. Try bending your knees and crossing your ankles.

Second slow down youre movement and concentrate on the concentric portion also.

Lastly think about moving straight up and down while engaging your back and arms instead of relying on gymnastic tricks to pull the weight up.

Start with like 3 sets of 3-4 reps and try to build from there. You'll be doing 6-8 real pull ups in no time and itll be much better for your body recomp.
