I honestly couldn't take that test again. All the anxiety for months studying for it... then on test day, I get TWO secions of logic games I couldn't put myself through it again... do I really need to go to law school? haha. 9/6/2005 2:59:38 PM |

well one of the logic was the test section and didn't count.. but it still sucks cuz you don't know which one they'll use.. 9/6/2005 3:01:31 PM |

Right and they screw up my brain, so doing two of them was not fun.
I took practice tests and scored 160 - 163... but I thought my test on test day was unreasonably hard... but then again, it's a bell shaped weight. No excuses. I sucked. 9/6/2005 3:06:01 PM |

I got two logic games sections back to back, i know bitching is not gonna help but that killed me, the second one counted and I did awful on it
also the girl next to me feinted during a section and hit her head on the stairs of the auditorium, but the test did not stop
i also missed the last 7 questions of the test, getting even half of those right would have gotten me into the 160 range where i wanted to be
i only studied for about 2 weeks for the test, i had just finished B-School exams, and started a new job with a finance firm for the summer
i wish i had studied a lot more, no fault but my own.....but yeah, fuck that test 9/6/2005 3:08:50 PM |

^^I did really well on my practice tests too. I think I just let myself get panicked during the real test. I honestly thought that I would do better the second time just because of the experience I gained from round 1. But I was so very wrong. 9/6/2005 3:53:49 PM |

have you checked out the City Museum yet? This place is awesome, it has a bar and its open till 1am on the weekends. Its down off Washington Ave. http://www.citymuseum.org/
I like the Drunken Fish in the West End for sushi, its really great. Cravings in Webster Groves (my hometown) its also incredible but its pricey. Hunan Wok in Brentwood and the Sesame House in Crestwood have excellent Chinese food.
what part do you live in exactly?

i went to McGurks's the other night, it was an awesome bar, the back area was great.
we went to a place called Nick's in dogtown last week. bars have been fun and very laid back, i like the soulard area the best. i have made it to a cardinals game as well, and walked down around riverfront park, but that is about it
i live a few minutes from the drunken fish, i will have to try it out, there are a couple other restaurants int that CWE area that also look good
thanks 9/7/2005 7:27:06 PM |

and buona beef or whatever it's called - a crappy portillo's pretty much - yeah the bill was a bit high - and their draft selection sucked - i was a little out of place in cargo shorts and sandals - but they catered to me rather well i thought 9/8/2005 10:54:45 PM |
