And yeah, he's doing a rodeo circuit. My uncle's best friend (NCSU Alum) knows Olin somehow and I was able to score an autographed cover (he was on) of the Wolfpacker back in the day about his rodeo stuff.

I wonder at what point of his life did he realize that he was a horrible quarterback.

Everyone was so high on the guy coming at of HS that he must of felt like the cream of the crop. Then he goes to Nebraska and doesn't get to play enough. Was it because of lack of seniority or just the fact that he has no mental management during the game? Either way, he ended up in our hands. Due to our dire need at QB, he probably thought he'd be the starter for the rest of his collegiate career. Little did he know that a local high school product named Daniel Evans, who was only given a scholarship on signing day by Chuck, would be splitting time with him during his tenure. Then to wrap it up, TOB offered to help Beck transfer at the beginning of the season because of wilson/glennon, but he decided to stick it out.

With his latest fiasco of throwing a pass right into the arms of a rutgers player and then laughing about it on the sidelines; when did the time come when he transitioned from hot-shot qb to jaded and apathetic bench warmer?

Didn't realize this was a bash WolfpckGrl17 and Beck thread.

Seeing Beck come into the game in Birmingham was quite disheartening. I know Evans throws the picks, too, but it just seems like Evans plays with more of a passion than Beck. Also, the fact that Evans had been successful in some big time games and this was his last game, I was hoping he'd be second ahead of Beck. I'd imagine going into next year (barring an upset in the offseason or JuCo transfers), the depth chart order will be Wilson, Glennon, and then Beck (Proctor getting the RS)?

^^ I was there, had to do the standby line last second. But I was also at the USF (3 INT) and ECU (1 returned for TD) games. I'd rather risk it with Evans than Beck, if I had to pick between the two, in a situation like in Birmingham.
