I just finished the series and really enjoyed it. If you guys haven't seen it I would highly recommend a movie called The Foot Fist Way which has a few of the same people, just in a Karate setting instead of a baseball one. Definitely worth a netflix or torrent.

So I read where this was only intended to be one season and the series might be over. I really hope that isn't the case, this show is great plus the season ending, while funny, doesn't provide enough closure.

I hope HBO runs through all the episodes again at some point. I missed some of them and after watching a few I'd like to see them all. Great show, I was really surprised b/c based on the previews it looked kind of dumb.

Knowing HBO, they'll probably only bring it back if Season 2 revolves around Kenny seeing a therapist.) "

i actually took the goofiness of the throwing motion to be intentional. when he was chucking the balls all over the parking lot with that idiotic throwing motion I found it to be damn funny. They obviously could have worked with him to make the motion look more realistic..

in the behind the scenes on demand they say that after they pitched the idea to (i think) HBO, HBO was like "you guy know absolutely nothing about baseball do you?" and they said no we don't.

^I saw that too, but it seems like there are too many parallels with John Rocker's career to be unintentional. Someone knew something about baseball and based the character off of him.

1. Both were pitchers (and closers on top of that)
2. Both of their careers peaked early
3. Both were known for having high velocity fastballs but had trouble maintaining said velocity over their careers.
4. Both started out in Atlanta
5. Both were known for being culturally insensitive.
6. Both were involved with steroids.

I just watched all 6 episodes, thought it was hilarious. Will Ferrell was pretty annoying, I think him in smaller doses would have been better. I really thought KP was gonna die at the end since I heard it wasn't coming back. But who knows, and also those definitely weren't Katy Mixon's tits, her bra didn't even open in the front, plus hers probably sag like hell.

Negatory. My wife's sister is an assistant director, and she worked it last season. The filming has been delayed, and she is with the crew that will be doing EBD in LA filming a Billy Bob Thorton pic. Apparently it will not be filmed (at least most of it) in Wilmington.

kinda sucks.. I have had a chance to be an extra in East Bound and Down and Little Britain USA and have been busy both times

Not to my knowledge. I just know a lot of the crew that will be filming the EB&D is on another project right now, and that I have been told filming has been delayed a few months. I dont know why. I do know it wont be doing much of anything in wilmington.
