yes, exactly, you have to spell it out for them sometimes. the first time I just said "I'd like a chicken, egg, cheese and country ham biscuit" and they gave me a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit and a country ham biscuit. but now that I've ordered it a few times I think they have the hang of it.
