I work at B&N. It was insane today for the midnight release of the Half Blood Prince. We had a line all night on bookfloor & cafe... and I just got home and it is 3am. When we finally got the customers out of the store everything was a wreck. There was trash everywhere and books on the floor and coffee spilled everywhere. But all in all I think it was a good night- we didn't get robbed, no one got hurt, etc.

Amazon.com has officially pissed me off...I have yet to receive my book, and the CA on duty at the desk is pissed that everyone has come down asking if their book has arrived. I have a bad feeling that they will give me a card saying to come pick it up at the post office, which will mean that I won't get my book until Monday... anyone else notice that the book didn't really start getting good until chapter 23? i mean, i know this book was more or less life at school, but i really wasn't intrigued until 23. i'm not faulting it, but it was just a moderate pace and then bam, shit hits the fan.

i was hoping that Dumbledore had a horcrux......but that would be completely out of character.

so there are 4 of Voldemort's left....so in the last book, harry would have to find ALL 4, destroy them, THEN kill off the mortal V. that's a lot of shit for one book.....

there are only 4 left if you assume that R.A.B did not destroy the one he took.

in the book it says that there were "as many as four" left, but i believe that whoever R.A.B is already destroyed one and that there are only 3 left for Harry to find and destroy before facing Voldemort himself
