^ not just 60000 ballots, but 60000 ballots where damned near all of the voters involved showed valid forms of ID which proved they were citizens.

It seems that none of these articles actually really explain what his "legal theory" is for why those 60,000 ballots are "invalid".

^^^ it's a pretty complex theory called "see what sticks". His arguments are completely and utterly without merit. But it's OK, because he's only trying to get on the state Supreme Court, so, ya know... sound legal arguments aren't really needed there, right?
