How do I set up my categories so that I get these easier to answer questions? I set up some categories, including sports. But maybe I didn't enter the right key words? I keep getting really random stuff that takes forever to answer, like best ways to masturbate without a vibrator, who is (insert random non famous person), penalties for violating laws in certain states (these take FOREVER!), and all kinds of other tedious stuff. HELP!

Yeah, you will get those random questions. Especially on the weekends when it's super busy and not enough guides to handle the traffic. They just filter everything through as generalist questions.

But like I said earlier, set up 5 categories and fill up the subcategories. Sports is the easiest. Just put in every pro and college team. Just make sure you put their entire name. i.e. Charlotte Bobcats and not just Charlotte or Bobcats. Also, make sure you do NHL and NASCAR, because they pay the most. Put in all the NHL teams and all of the NASCAR drivers as keywords.

I just went in and made sure i had every team that is in the NCAA tournament this year as keywords. There will be tons of those questions coming over the next 2 weeks.

Yeah, and I broke $200 this past weekend. I have been interviewing for jobs all last week so I didn't get on much, but it was back to back all weekend. My goal is to average $100 a week as well.

You should get it reversed. And if you don't, then submit it again. I just recently had to resubmit one and they reversed it the second time. It just all depends who gets the review. Here is the one that I had to submit twice to get it reversed:

^ submit it. as long as the date and time are correct and the source backs it up, they will reverse it

Here are the 2 "unanswerables" and how I answered them. I guess I should have used "Customer Clarify", but I am scared to do that because it counts against your completion rationg.

Here, I posted the instructions on page 4. I will just paste them here again.

^ you are an I-9 employee. At the end of the year you'll have to claim whatever you make as taxable income and pay taxes on it. It will basically just add onto whatever taxable income you make from your regular day job then your tax will be determined based on what you have already paid into your day job in taxes.

And an update, they actually reversed this one for me from 0% to 100%. I wasn't expecting that since I didn't actually answer the question:

^ yeah, there was a period when it was really bad, mainly because they didn't have enough guides to handle all the questions. Now they've done a pretty good job of keeping enough guides on staff, and when they start getting to where they can't handle question loads, they open up registration for new guides. I have never sent in a question that didn't get answered within 5 minutes.

Also, for those of you who still have questions about setting up your Categories, here are a couple tutorials that just got e-mailed to me. Not sure if you all got them as well.
