Arkansas State offered him May 23rd, before that NC A&T offered him May 15 2021. Otherwise, that seems about right. Not sure why there was such a big gap.

He's not listed on the roster yet, so I'm assuming he is not currently enrolled at NC State.

So yeah the guy isn't enrolled yet, probably because of some prerequisite course he didn't take in HS and since his recruitment all occurred over like a week in late July there was no way to get him enrolled.
