Somewhere in between. Zona may be overrated. We played really well. We were hitting shots, we haven’t in the two games since - and that’ll be the case a lot this year. We’re not a great shooting team. Northern Iowa played strong defense and didn’t let us penetrate or get the ball inside much.

Honestly all I can take from it is, when everything is clicking we can play some great ball. But also there’s gonna be a lotta nights where things aren’t clicking because we don’t have great shooters, don’t have a particularly deep bench, and we’re frankly not that good. IN other words, this is still a rebuild like we all expected...beating zona was awesome but that didn’t mean all of our problems were solved.

the basic sling package (Orange), the one that includes ESPN, allows you to access WatchESPN so you can watch all those games either on the ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU/ESPN3. don't think it gives you access to Fox Sports Go....i may be wrong, but i think you'd have to get that "Sling Blue" package that has Fox Sports channels to get that Fox Sports Go and that wouldn't include WatchESPN. i don't think the Sports Extra package would have any bearing on the State basketball game...looks like it just includes Red Zone and NFL Network and pro-sports channels.

I thought if you had just Orange, the ESPNU games won't be available on the ESPN app if you logged in through Sling.

At least, that's how it was 2 years ago (have upgraded to Orange + sports package for $30 per month and had no problems using sling since).

^but i think the sling orange gives you access to everything on watchespn so you should still be able to get the ESPNU games on a device with your sling log in info...my parents have it and i set it up for them so that's where i'm getting this from. but i could totally be wrong about that since i don't have sling myself

Hicks was going to be a big body when we played against bigger teams and at worst was five fouls to save on more key contributors. It won't affect us in all games but when we go up against say Duke its gonna be a problem.
