I do think every free agent signing/trade is vetted by LeBron. Pelinka is paid the big bucks to go get the players LeBron wants and to deal with his and Rich Paul's demands. Obviously he has other responsibilities like negotiating contracts and scouting college/international players that James isn't really going to have an input on, but you can bet your ass that the king has veto power over roster moves.

If he had so much power over personnel, why didn't they make any moves before the trade deadline? Apparently LeBron wanted them to but the team didn't.
