i don't want to talk to my hair stylist either. i dunno. i guess people find being one on one with someone in silence as weird. but i like getting my hair washed and played with and stuff it is relaxing - just like getting nails done is relaxing. so i don't want to sit there and chat. i don't find the silence awkward.
