Tarun at a minimum: button-up dress shirt (any color)(you can go with a polo shirt if you must), khaki or linen pants, brown/black shoes with brown/black belt (i'd go with brown)

the loafers bit is a little overboard imho....

God - v-neck and blue, v-necks are horrible 90% of the time, the other 10% they are a necessary evil. you need to find a better cut of shirt.
