The Ferguson PD and the University of Cincinnati are completely different cases though, so that is a weak comparison.

Ferguson PD only cared about generating revenue, and was violating the 4th amendment by performing traffic stops without reasonable cause, UCPD is trying to stop students from getting robbed by patrolling more in high-crime areas by campus.

Saying "Black people get arrested more" applies anywhere, typically it is due to disparity of wealth rather than racist cops... but guess which story generates more clicks? The statistic they referenced is relevant but the way they painted it was just shitty "journalism" as usual.
