Lake Park has a swimming pool, basketball courts, and ample parking and its also located across the street from Lake Johnson and its walking distance to the Wolfline, Food Lion, and other shopping centers.

The apartment comes with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms along with a kitchen, washer and dryer, porch, dishwasher, stove/oven, cable/road runner, and the living room is already furnished. I live with two other guys who usually do not have many people over and are not that loud. Sometimes they work early mornings so making a lot of noise at night is not good but can be handled most of the time.

My parents and I own this apartment and will probably be selling it within the next year. The rent is only 250 for everything because I'd really like to get someone in here in January. The rent is real cheap and there is no security deposit or credit check. The only downside is that if you don't pay the rent by the 10th of the month there is nothing stopping me from kicking you out the next day. Its happened too many times and that along with the noise is the reason one guy is leaving now (by the way I am giving him until January).

Hey bud not to troll your thread but you can't kick someone out the next day if they don't pay. By NC Law you have to give notice to evict someone.
