Then you get the honor of having to create an account with a password. Every company has different requirements, so you can't just make one password for every company. Some companies only accept PDF, others only Microsoft Word documents. Others just want you to copy and paste your resume and cover letter. The websites are such a pain in the ass to use. They only accept certain words even though other words mean the same thing.
