long time no see man...

Hillsborough St is in the middle of being completely re-vamped. Centennial Campus has grown by leaps and bounds. All the old stomping grounds pretty much look the same though. Hit me up on FB if you wanna go get a beer or something.

Prepare to be cut off by jackasses who can't figure out how the multiple lanes work

I've driven through dozens of times, and I think people are grossly overestimating the number of people who can't navigate a roundabout because it makes them seem like they have some sort of rare skill.

The Fayetteville/Wilmington St area has improved significantly over the past few years.

Even with the occasional jackass (who you can easily spot coming) I greatly prefer this to a traffic light that I got stuck at every. single. time.

Grow a sack ppl, and stop complaining.

^you can't smoke in bars anywhere in NC. And yes, Jackpot closed (or is closing,i dunno never went).

Also

Apparently people don't understand how to navigate 4 way stops either.

its nice you guys have avoided issues with these traffic patterns; but too many people around here cant grasp them

I was wondering if there would be some good comparison pictures somewhere online (1990 vs 2000 vs 2010) of Hillsborough Street, but haven't really found anything online. Went to historicalstate.lib.ncsu.edu to look for pictures, Hillsborough Street Search gave me these results http://historicalstate.lib.ncsu.edu/catalog?q=Hillsborough+Street&qt=search&per_page=20&commit=Search Which have TONS of photos from 2010, and a few pictures from the 2000 (although 85% of them are Hillsborough Street's Homecoming parade in 2008). There were zero photos from the 90s. Guess the transition from film to digital threw them off. Anyone know of any better site or area that has some pictures of how the NC State area looks now versus when TWW was first started?

The trick with the traffic circles is to only pass on the inside. If you try it on the outside someone is going to put your ass into the wall.

Actually lots of people ate there for lunch, but they didn't do a very good dinner business. Closed temporarily a couple of times and re-opened. Then one night apparently one of the partners in the franchise loaded a bunch of the kitchen equipment into a truck, cleared out the bank account, and split town. That was the end of that.

Jasmin is a pretty good replacement though.
