It just makes you wonder if that stuff really works or not.

Well, real magic exists, so perhaps it does. I would like to get into it, but I don't want to make pacts with the devil, as that's what's apparently you need to do in order to do real magic.

Post all direct and indirect experiences with [real] magic ITT, as I am curious to know just how widespread it is, as >95% of the 'magicians' out there are just tricksters/illusionists.

some nepalese buddhist monks can increase/decrease their core body temperature by SEVERAL degrees in just minutes by meditating (in the guinness book). if i told you some humans could do that, you would say that's not possible. that's just one example (of humans being able to do supernatural things).
