I tried Sushi Gami at Cameron Village tonight.

Sushi exceeded expectations. Didn't try the burgers.

I think they're all beef burgers, but you can get sashimi as a topping on a few.

Some of them sounded pretty awesome.

Frushi is great! Love the colors.

Anyone want to go to Sono next week? Or other sushi place? I'll be in town and I want to eat good sushi.

Also for anyone who makes it to Central Florida, be sure to check out Sushi POP in Oviedo. I went there last night and the sushi is amazing. The chefs even made a beautiful sashimi rose.

Sushi-Thai Cary is the best sushi I've had, going up next to places across the US. Nice atmosphere too.

I like funky rolls the most, and im poor, so I enjoy sushi nine a lot. Im sure it isnt anywhere close to the best, but the service, price, and taste make it one of my go to places.

I love a good value as long as the fish is quality. Funky rolls are fun, so may have to give Sushi 9 a try at some point.

Of course, I really just want fresh sashimi. And if I can find really fresh uni with quail egg, I'm in heaven.

It's my favorite.

Uni topped with quail egg, served nigiri-style so the rice adds a little texture that pairs perfectly with the moist yolk.

When you eat it, it's just an explosion of deliciousness.

Then be sure to go to a place that has the freshest, highest-quality seafood. Trust me. You can't mask the flavor of old uni... and some rolls better mask sub-par ingredients. Uni should taste like the ocean, but not fishy. When fresh, it's briny and lush.

I actually wanna go out with you and Mike sometime now that all the wedding crazy is over but now the holidays are making schedules tough but after that we need a double date somewhere we can all get sushi and Mike can find other food haha.

I was pretty underwhelmed by Sushi 9, both the service and the food

Sushi Blues is still my go to for cheap sushi. but Sono and Waraji are both better.

side note:really enjoyed the sushi and tofu "sashimi" at Fiction Kitchen

I could really go for some sushi right now. One nice clean mainly raw fish roll and one tempura battered crunchy cream cheese filled eel sauce covered roll.
