I don't understand. They make coffee. In my experience, they do a decent job at it. Other than costing you $0.40-$0.50 a cup and the fact that you can get good, but not great coffee, what's there to complain about?

I got a tassimo for christmas a good number of years ago. never used it much. I suppose I never will again either.

So I never finished my bitch story.


Keurg has been brewing "short cups" this means those expensive as k-kups go to waste when you get a half cup of coffee, if you use a kcup twice it tastes bad so you end up using twice as many or not getting enough coffee.

I called Keurig because I am still under warranty, they told me to "descale" the machine. (basically run vinegar through it and let it sit for 4 hours.

I ran a full gallon of Vinegar, also let it sit for 4 hours, ran gallons of water through to get the vinegar smell out of the coffee maker. It still fucks up intermittently.

Called them back and they said I have to do the full descale process again before I can send it in for warranty service.

The reason I think this thing is a POS is there is not reason it should dominate my entire day trying to get my coffee maker to work.

and it is AWESOME.

I can still brew big pots when I'm lounging around the house and drinking a lot of coffee...but it also lets me do one cups and I use as much coffee grind as I want to make it to my strength (you can still use certain coffee pouches....but they're nasty).

Best purchase I've made in a long time.
