He really makes that reverse lay up look easy. Almost like he would struggle just putting it in normal.

What a fucking waste to get an all-time great on this team. If he stayed four years his career numbers would be fucking ridiculous.

He might have one more season in him this draft class is so loaded

He was really forcing it early in the 2nd half last night. Scott Wood would have a hard time hitting those fade-away 3's ... let alone TJ. He had some really bad defensive lapses too.

Gott taking him out of the game to settle him down was a great move. Came back and played his game.

He was getting d-ed up pretty good. Show's how great of a player he is when he's got a guy all over him and he still manages 21 points on 50% shooting. Dude is a beast (11 rebounds as well).

I was kinda surprised that 32 was a new career high. I guess he's had a bunch of 30 point games. Dude is a scoring machine.

He's got to be the leader right now, doesn't he? Jabari Parker is really the only other person that could be considered.

Jabari Parker is the frontrunner for ACC POY and NPOY. Virtually the same stats as Warren, but plays on a better team and makes flashier plays.

Warren is there with CJ Fair and Marcus Paige as ACCPOY contenders.

All we have to do is beat Duke at Cameron with Warren posterizing Parker.

Tony Buckets!

TJ is our ticket, it seems as if he is embracing the leadership role as well with this team of young talent. Love pulling for them, fun to watch as they are improving game to game. Hopefully TJs back is strong enough to carry the load while we get our defense and chemistry on offense tight.

Dude is awesome. The thing is, he really needs to shoot better from 3 to fulfill his NBA potential. This is a loaded draft class and he's probably outside the lottery right now. If he becomes a ~40% shooter from 3 and continues to improve his FT shooting he'll shoot up the boards for 2015.

^on, what, 25 attempts? Statistically insignificant...

^^Lottery picks don't make a ton of money on their rookie deal in the new CBA. NBA players make their money on their second contract, and the sooner they get 3-4 years of NBA play under their belt, the better. Warren would be stupid to come back if he's clearly a1st round pick this year. But that is no guarantee. Most projections put him at pick 24-28.

He must have taken those 27 long distance attempts in better rhythm last year. This year he tries to force it a little too much, though he's obviously asked to take on a much bigger scoring role. 27 3-pt attempts last year, already 62 attempts this season.

he was our best scorer last year and it was awful coaching not to have him shooting this much last year. theres no reason a non-vandy type player should ever be amongsth the nations leaders in fg%.

TJW is the man. Hope he gets some POY love that he deserves, but most likely Ennis, Patterson or over-rated Jabari Parker are the odds on favorites at this point. Both Ennis and Patterson have strong cases, Parker is all media hype.

Not sure "media hype" would cause Parker to be projected #1 in the NBA Draft.

He's got a great skill set, basically a Carmelo Anthony clone. But I agree his production and impact isn't on par with TJ

This is what I am trying to say. I'm not doubting Parker's skills or that he's a future NBA star, what I am saying is that he'll likely get more ACC POY consideration than TJW which is unfounded based on what both players have done this season.

^^And yes Parker and Duke kicked NC State ass. That does not mean TJW is not a better player this year than Parker.

As much as it pains me to say it, Duke's supporting cast is a lot better/more experienced than NC State's supporting cast.

If he goes to the NBA this year, the Bulls could really use someone like him to actually score points

^I think he would be a good pickup for the Bobcats. Bobcats look as though they'll be picking in that 15-20 range where they could snag him. They need a scorer. Warren could come off the bench to give MKG a breather and provide instant points. Would compliment MKG at that position well or could play a (very small) 4 if they needed the scoring.

^They may not be if they don't make the playoffs.

Bulls receive the Bobcats 2014 first-round pick. Top 10 protected in 2014 and top 8 in 2015, unprotected in 2016.

However, they do have other opportunities with these picks from Detroit (maybe, currently 10th pick now) & Portland (definitely getting theirs but it'll be in the mid 20s probably):

Bobcats receive the Trailblazers 2014 first-round pick. Top 12 protected in 2014 and 2015, unprotected in 2016.

Bobcats receive the Pistons 2014 first-round pick. Top 8 protected in 2014 and top 1 in 2015, unprotected in 2016.

Bobcats currently have the 12th worst record in the league. The Pelicans will pass them the way Davis is playing. They just need 1 other team to eclipse them. The Knicks or Pistons most likely.

Drafting Warren would add a scorer to the Bobcats coming off the bench. They really need to upgrade at PF, however. Zeller doesn't look like the answer there.

TJW could go undrafted and Charlotte would not make an effort to sign him because Michael Jordan is an ego-clown and won't let an NC State guy play on his shit team. That is the conspiracy theory I'm going with at this point.
