Its probably already been made, but I like to combine coffee and chocolate chip cookie dough. If that's already there...then throw some peanut butter in that shit.

Part of the greatness of B&J's is that they already have my favorites ice creams (e.g. Oatmeal Cookie Chunk and Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz). At the moment, all I can think of is cinnamon or coffee bases, which they already do really well; I'm kind of a fool for spices and coffee flavors.

Maybe something that approximates a molasses cookie? Dark rum and heavy allspice. Or an ice cream based around a spice that uncommon in America like a Cardamom cream.
