Pretty awful weekend for the Braves. Sounds like J-up will be okay though and hopefully Heyward and FFF can heal up over the break too. Having BJ go on the DL is probably a good thing as maybe that'll help him get his head on straight.

Costanza made some nice defensive plays this weekend, but good night that lineup the Braves put out yesterday was AAA/Astros level.

the ASB is coming at a perfect time. We were lucky to split with the Reds. Maybe they'll take their time with BJ's rehab assignment and leave him down in Gwinnett for awhile to get right.

BJ had a solid 2nd half last year so I am sure the Braves brass will get him back up to the bigs as soon as he is healthy in order to hopefully save face on what looks like one of the worst FA signings in history at this point.

Did not realize the Braves are the youngest team in baseball. At least the future is bright? Maybe?

NL looked like ass last night. Could not hit, played shitty defense, and the pitching was meh. Kimbrel gave up a run, but the first two hits he gave up were weakly hit balls to good spots and then on the double, Dominic Brown misplayed the shit out of that ball. 8 out of 11 years since the All Star game went to this WS home field advantage thing, the AL has won it. Not cool...

well he gave up the GS with no outs in the 3rd and was able to get out of the inning after that. promptly put two runners on in the 4th before leaving with the injury. so those two runners eventually scored and were charged to him.
