It's surprisingly hard to find full ncaa punting stats, but he has 7 TBs (out of 47). He does have a high TB rate, but still less than 1 per game. That stuff is also situational of course. He's also had 13 inside the 20.

I'm optimistic about Saturday's game.
- We've yet to play a complete game/play better than expected since Cuse
- DD's pulled off upsets in the rivalry before ('14, '16)
- UNC has yet to play in a tough environment this year
- UNC has played a close game in nine of their games
- We're due for some lucky bounces/turnovers to go our way.

Probably just wishful thinking, but fingers crossed.

The running game seems to coming around. UNC's defense isn't great against the run, so if we can control the game with Knight/Houston and set up some play-action, there's a chance. Going to need to hit on some trick plays as well.

UNC's strength is QB and WRs. Our biggest defensive weakness is CB(4 of our top 5 out).

I don't see this going our way unless our DL tees off on Howell who has a tendency to hold the ball a bit long waiting to hit deep throws. We've been abysmal at creating turnovers this year, no way we beat UNC without forcing multiple turnovers.

I don't understand how the 3-3-5 correlates with our depth charts. Ourlads.com, packpride, IPS, etc. all list 4 linemen...

Field DE, Nose DT, Rush DT, & Boundary DE.

My best guess is we subbed out a linemen based off of ball location and situation prior to the snap?

Yea the depth chart lists 12 D positions it's weird

Dline depth charts are hazy these days anyway bc there is so much rotation. Coaches prob tried to keep Murch and JSW on the field as much as possible and the rest were whoever was freshest and playing best.

Because if you look at the depth chart it looks like we start 12 guys on D.

We have Field DE, Nose DT, Rush DT, Boundary DE, Buck LB, Weak LB, Middle LB.

I think it's because we consider nose and rush DTs to be separate positions and who is on the field is game and play dependent. Guessing it's just a way to categorize each position and some plays we'll have a Nose DT and some plays we'll have a Rush DT.

He put his name in the portal and then Graves announced he was also putting his name in the portal. At that point Dunlap removed his name.

Making a guess here, but if the rumors Dunlap was leaving because of PT, with Graves leaving(family reasons), then I'm guessing Dunlap saw a better chance of playing with Graves moving on.

Rule is kids can put their name in the portal but the schools are not obligated to hold their scholarship if they opt to come back.

I imagine we're going to lose some more guys to the portal, but I expect we'll probably add a player or two from the portal as well.
