it really depends. I have a hard time of doing this quickly. The best way is to just dunk them in water so they go down easier, but its a catch 22 because that adds more weight to your belly when you have to run back later.

I don't think practice is necessary. That would just be cruel to do that more than once a year. Just eat lighter than normal the night and morning prior to the race.

WHOA! What sort of witchery do you possess to know I was registered?
I ask because I received an e-mail from Precision Race saying an audit revealed I never finished registering even though it went through on my credit card and I received the e-mail from both KKC and PayPal. It wants me to e-mail my PayPal confirmation to show I registered. Anyone else get this e-mail?

As for the team, I had signed up before reading this post. Since no one will probably sign up to be on my team (Glazed 2 Perfection) I will gladly run with y'all and wear whatever ridiculous shwag is decided upon.

This is my 6th attempt at this thing. I really suck at eating donuts...

Ok. Did a dry run this morning. 5 miles, 46:30. I think I'm good as long as I don't fuck around while eating.

Would have been a bit faster, but I found a guy's wallet during my run and spent half of it trying to look him up on my phone (while running).
