Cmon guys, you know "they let you do it" means that they do not say "stop" or "no" and even if its not how we like it, the social norm is that the guy makes moves until the woman says "no" or "stop". The problem is that some girls are victims and some know what they are doing and are fine with it and men in power like that aren't always willing to differentiate between the two so to them the victims should be the same as the other girls.
