i like your optimism but Freeman had a full season under his belt, as well as two full training camps, OTAs, etc

also we have one of the toughest schedules in the league based on last year's results, but its not always a good predictor of how good teams will be this year

You could see the Chargers' vertical passing game all over what they were doing out there today. Most everything was down the field between the numbers and completed. Lot of 2 TE sets.

Cam looks like the real deal out there. I'm trying not to get over excited, but I believe we have ourselves a player. He starts week 1.

FanFest was straight garbage from a perspective of really seeing anything out of the players. Run a play, stand around for five minutes, run another. Also got soaking wet and spilled mustard on my new shirt.

Little man had a blast tho, which I guess is all that really matters.

I saw Greg Olsen catch a TD that he tipped to himself twice.

I noticed Cam doesn't throw those quick out routes very well at all. His accuracy looked like it dropped off significantly outside the numbers.

Pilares had a nice diving catch on Newton pass.

The biggest play all day came on a Newton bomb to our 4th string tight end.

Clowney could end up contributing. Same for Burney.

And most important, Cam looked great with the 2nd team. I'm hoping Rivera stops the charade after a while starts getting Cam those 1st team looks. We need him, Smitty, and Olsen to have a rhythm going into the Cardinals game.
