This show still has much better writing than TWD. I found it interesting that they're basically revamping the cast, but I feel like it is actually going to work to keep things fresh and progress the story.

Honestly thought Morgan was just going to be in a few episodes, but damn his character is a roller coaster.

^Yeah, too weak to stab a walker with a knife in her pocket but able to slide over, kick the zombie under the truck, then kick the truck enough to drop it off the jack.

Also loved how the truck fell off the jack but didn't seem to have any damage when they got a new tire on it. As someone who had their truck fall of a jack years and years ago...it definitely did some damage.

Good God, this season started with so much promise, but the writing towards the end was just so bad. FFS, just kill that bitch!

The logic of things just makes my damn head spin. So you can kill a walker by hitting them on the head with a shovel. But Beerman jumps off a 10 story building and his brain (and legs) are still intact upon landing?

Or how about how the zombies' attention seems very convenient for plot devices. When a person makes a sound, they'll never change focus, no matter how quiet the person is after. But when a car alarm goes off, they're only interested in it...until it stops making noise? That makes no sense.

Yeah I don't understand how this lady was such a threat. I understand the poisoning the water, that's actually a fairly smart play, but everything else about her made no sense.

Why in the world would having a walker on a stick be a good weapon against humans that have survived this long? This is set in a world where there isn't much ambient noise given the lack of people and civilization, yet this chick was sneaking up on EVERYONE despite having said walker on a stick.

I get they're trying to focus on the evolution of Morgan and such, but I didn't realize he was going to essentially join this cast and take over the entire show. He became their defacto leader and the main focus of the last half of the season, it really just didn't make much sense in regards to direction.

Also don't understand why everyone would just be cool with setting up shop in a jean factory instead of going to a protected community with resources that Morgan spoke about.

Also, where the hell is this girl getting all of this ammo for these machine guns? Feels like I've heard her talk about them being out of ammo multiple times and the ammo for those things can't be easy to find.

^That was the big WTF moment for me. Are the kids really the ones setting up a giant perimeter? Why would they do that?

Also...are we really supposed to believe that the kids went to the gas station, killed all of the walkers around it, cut off their heads, then climbed the billboard and hung them up there as a warning? Really?

Maybe the writers saw Black Summer on Netflix and really liked the idea of kids being maniacs.

So the group is looking for a place to "call home" and to setup a "camp"...

They find a mall that has been left completely untouched(so obviously not on a well-traveled path) that has plenty of great items in it for them to "load up" and take.

So let's see what we have here:
1. An isolated building with plenty of space.
2. Already has some built-in defenses on the perimeter, defenses on the interior with the gates/alarms, and security cameras.
3. Has a working generator and you have, supposedly, plenty of gas.
4. You've already cleared out most of, if not all, the walkers.

Why in the world would they just abandon it? I'm not saying they should setup shop and hunker down, but I think it would make a lot of sense as a HQ of their new trucking operation. Seems like they'll be leaving quite a bit of valuable items behind if they just load up a truck and abandon the rest of it.
