He did, but he was "on the spectrum". I watched most of the video and noticed that when he wasn't speaking he was constantly shaking, stretching, or otherwise playing with a piece of yellow film or rubber or something. I've seen exactly this fixation in an autistic former neighbor. His parents used to give him the film label off a soda bottle to calm him down. Worked. He had it with him essentially all the time. They called it his "shakey paper". He was smart by some metrics, but clearly off and struggled verbally. The guy in the video was much more high-functioning.

yeah, the repetitive movement of it.

the kid in the glasses was probably the worst of it. guy would say stuff just to irk the other and then when they did react you would see that sly smile. steven crowder enthusiast for sure
