I was driving through a little community off of HW 64 in Apex I think called Salem Villlage. Happened to see a red Ferrari Modena parked in one of the garages and an Orange Lamborghini Gallardo parked in one of the townhome parking lots.

Just found that kind of interesting to see exotic cars in that small neighborhood.

One of the fastest street cars I've ever seen is Eddie bello's 993 turbo.

It was spotted in San Francisco, not Raleigh.

but yeah our company parking lot has few Teslas and I see few every day. Quite common now in the Bay Area, considering manufacturing plant is located here.

It was weird I pulled into one of those shitty BP stations at Crabtree and there were at least 4 Porsche's there...the GT3 RS, a 911 Turbo and 2+ others. They were on their way to the NCMOA.

That one does seem to attract some nice cars to the parking lot--when I was there to see it, I was sharing the back lot with an R8 (not a V10 though) and a 911 Turbo.

As to personal spottings, saw a '59 Coupe Deville a few days ago. (And if fifties classics qualify, there's someone down the street from me who owns a '59 Edsel and usually parks it on the street...)

Well, my non exotic 911 turbo needs radiators (which are almost $770 a piece, there's 3 of them), that only fit the GT2 and GT2 RS, fewer than 15000 total production. :/

That said, I imagine the overall ownership experience is a lot less exotic than an F430 or something, which I'm starting to want. :/ Power/weight is so much worse than even a slightly modified 911 turbo though, rawr.
