This guy is married to my step brother's step daughter. Apparently his latest rant is against Christmas. He has celebrated Christmas with us quite a few times over the years and one year went above and beyond with his gifts.

He has since moved back to Oregon where I am pretty sure he has been involved in meth in some capacity. While his wife was still here he had her mail him Sudafed because he said he couldn't buy enough in Oregon. He is also constantly swearing and being vulgar on FB. He was even dropping the N-word at one point but I can't find it right now.

I've never thought the "Bible doesn't say we can, so we can't" thing holds water. There's a lot that we do these days that isn't expressly forbidden. I get that this is a religious context, but even in that regard, I don't know that the bible has admonitions about voice amplification, church bulletins, or career preachers.
