I can join multiplayer fine, but every time I try to connect to dweedle's party I'm disconnect because of "connection issues with other players"

^same has been happening to me. Earlier i couldn't even connect. But just now, i connected twice for about 2 minutes each time, and then was disconnected both times because of that same reason. pisses me off

Killing cougars with your knife can be annoying (you have to melee kill 2 to get rank 5 hunter, and buy the buffalo rifle). Cougars are annoying in general, one swipe and your horse is done.

I figured out that you have to actually chase after the cougar, you can't let it run away and get room to charge at you.

One thing that this game has made a great improvement on over other games is random encounters. Not just the ones where you can help someone out right quick by saving there wife or getting their stolen horse back, but multi-part random encounters where you see the person involved several times and work towards a side-quest to complete.

i encountered some random ass girl in the wild in her underwear asking for a ride into town. So i go to pick her up and she throws me off and takes my horse. I whistle for my horse and it throws her off...I lasso her ass...then put her on the train tracks. haha what a funny game

ahahah i just found a major glitch

was in a shootout at Tumbleweed, single player

i go to duck for cover behind these crates and it launches me about 300 feet into the air straight up while in a standing stance and it kills me when i land



5 minutes later i get that glitch i think i read about on here ... my horse just dies right out from under me

^ The same thing happened to me except it shot my horse across the map and had us stuck suspended 300 feet in the air over a valley.

I had some fun sniping from there and confusing the hell out of other players, but eventually got bored and dismounted and fell to my death.

hmm single player in a large free roaming game is good to kill time. it's like just cause 2 except it seems less coherent.

i'm going to space out playing single player over next week, but without the HA! I'm better than you, I kicked your ass, shot you in the face-dness of multiplayer, the game won't make it to elite status for me at least. MW2 is still the best for that right now

i hated the first few minutes of multiplayer i tried. there were people on horses with rifles that shot at long range and all i had was my little pistol

He's pretty tough...according to the stats, we survived a 132 foot fall together...I know he can survive multiple blows from coyotes and wolves

The great thing about him though, and maybe you can do this with horses you buy from General Stores, but if War Horse does die, I just hit the back button, use his item/piece of paper in the inventory, then whistle, and he shows up. I don't know if you can do that infinite times with horses bought at the store or not
