that sounds good! yea last time i made mine too...just olive oil, a little balsamic and lemon juice (and lemon zest).

2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp soy sauce Juice of one lemon 1-inch cube of ginger, peeled and finely grated 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely grated 1/2 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
Whisk it all together and toss with the tilapia. Broil the tilapia for about 6 minutes.
Next time, I'll probably add a little less lemon juice and add the scallions after the tilapia come out of the oven.

^^ yeah that much cholesterol is a concern, but remember blood cholesterol is mainly affected by how much saturated fat you eat, not how much cholesterol you eat.
and anyway, even if that much cholesterol was bad for you, eating it once in a while is fine, as i do.
