K State getting more votes seems absolutely bonkers. Their best win is over I guess Missouri (95 in KP). They lost to fucking Tulsa. I don’t get that one at all.

Nebraska has a couple wins that look good...Creighton, Ok St, Illinois, Seton Hall. I’m not saying those are all good wins (Ok St and Illinois are not good teams) but on paper they are getting credit for beating name opponents I guess.

OU’s win over Florida looks good, their wins over ND and USC sound good but those 2 teams aren’t good. They got smoked by Wisconsin, we probably should’ve beaten Wisconsin.

St Johns is a weird one...they’ve beaten Rutgers, Cal, VCU. All 91 or worse in KP. GT is their best win, at 67 in KP. But they haven’t lost, so I get that they’ll get credit simply for being 10-0.

The “they haven’t played anybody” is starting to go out the window when we’ve beaten Penn State and Vandy (both top 65 KP teams) by double digits. And neither of those was at home. And then we nearly beat Wiscy on the road. Polls are dumb right now but we should probably be ranked.

Yeah I'm not sure why VT is that high. They beat a 6-5 Purdue.

KState is one behind us on Kenpom and has the #2 defense but I agree they don't have any kind of resume wins and losing to Tulsa is a major blemish.

Beat Auburn and we should be top 20. Hell, we'd be top 15 probably if we hadn't dropped Wisconsin.

KP projected it to be a basically 50/50 game last night. So no surprise that we didn’t move there. KP also doesn’t tend to have huge, drastic fluctuations over one game.

The broadcasters didn't mention Lockett once during the game, and Keatts didn't mention him in his post-game interview either. I haven't seen any injury report, but he was practicing on the court with the team before the game and looked fine, so my assumption would be that they just didn't feel like they needed him
