I'm against the death penalty myself but Its still around for the most serious crimes and they just killed an innocent man in alabama so I'd be down if the tapes are real.

I know he'd never get it. HE will never see prison if we're being realistic and if he does, he will certainly be pardoned eventually. Hell, the realistic question in this country is if he will even lose his seat.

Maybe they're in denial about this, or maybe they don't care, the difference doesn't really matter, but they just legitimately think poor people are disposable and that they only exist to serve the market.

They are incapable of imagining a world where the market is ever interrupted and profits go unrealized. It's this stupid adherence to "jobs, jobs, jobs" mantra without any understanding that it is the power of labor that creates the wealth they are trying to protect.


There will be no "economy" to save when scores of bodies are piling up on the streets, because there will not be enough bodies to man the factories or enough bodies to buy the products. But these GOP fanatics are incapable of seeing past their stupid little nostrils to even notice the long term economic impact they are creating, and then end result will be mass graves.

And it's especially troubling, because if people rightly refuse to leave their homes and apartments to risk their lives for minimum wage during a pandemic, these GOP psycho's will forcibly evict them and throw them on the streets to die during a plague that is rapidly sweeping the nation. They will give them the ultimatum of either facing homelessness during a pandemic and possibly dying, vs going to work during a pandemic and also possibly dying while infecting more people.
