If we offered 2 million we'd have one of the top 5 highest paid coaches in the country.

The North Carolina University system has a cap set on how much a school can pay a coach... I believe at $250,000. Everything else will be raised by the Wolfpack club and endorsements.

No way do we reach 2 mil. Herb made like $900,000.... with only $500,000 or so actually paid by the school and boosters.
