The problem, as we've seen before, is that the NCAA either doesn't know about these things or doesn't care.

By all logical thinking, the whole athletic department should at least be on probation for the "failure to monitor social media" aspect of things. Any other school would probably be treated that way, but this is UNC, so we know it's different.

You see what I mean now about this being a really important question. Would "other things" (more serious than FTM) be likely to count towards repeat offender status. For example, if different but worse things happened would that be a bigger sanction because of the existing probation? Or would that not matter because it is technically a different infraction?
