Listened to her interview on the David Glenn show. Started off weird as he asked what she was doing when State got the NCAA bid and the team went nuts and she answered as if he asked her what she was doing when the team beat G-town. He even asked her again and she again answered as if the question was centered around G-town and making the Sweet 16.

It is amazing though how much better she is at her job than Fowler. Can't believe we let that clown run the show for as long as he did.

Also, she did well in getting Gottfried and in paying attention to the student body throughout basketball season, but she still has to improve the other sports. I love the gal, but I'm just saying she doesn't get a free pass for hiring a good basketball coach.

Any idea what else she has done? I know the strength coach was replaced but that might have been TOB

I'm talking about the football s&c coach Corey Edmund, but now that I think about it that's more TOB's call.

Regardless, last I checked non-revenue sports weren't doing so hot so I'm curious if there was movement there. Not that it matters all that much I guess

Yow knows that football and men's bball have to carry the load of the other sports and bring in money, but you can't just neglect the other sports. Yow has done many things to make our non-revenue sports better: The upgrades to soccer, new offices for volleyball/golf in Reynolds and she has increased baseball's budget. When she got here, Maryland's baseball team had a larger budget than us.
